DGS Luxx Enterprise LLC provides professional construction and equipment services in Austin, TX and surrounding areas, including:

• Excavation & Grading
• Machinery Rentals
• Demolition & Concrete
• Hardscaping & Landscaping
• Roofing & Structures
• Hauling & Cleanup
• Welding & Fabrication

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

• All quotes and estimates provided through the website, phone, or email are estimates only and do not constitute a binding contract.
• Final pricing is confirmed upon on-site evaluation of the project scope, conditions, and materials required.
• DGS Luxx Enterprise LLC reserves the right to modify pricing if the project scope changes after initial evaluation.

• A valid Driver's License and proof of Vehicle Insurance are required for all equipment rentals.
• A minimum deposit of $150 is required to confirm any rental booking. Deposit amount may vary based on equipment selected.
• The customer is fully responsible for any damage to equipment during the rental period, including loss, theft, or misuse.
• Each day the equipment is in the customer's possession counts as a full rental day, including weekends and holidays.
• DGS Luxx offers hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly rental rates. Rates are confirmed at time of booking.
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as rented. Cleaning fees may apply if returned excessively dirty.

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless a separate written agreement has been made in advance.
• Rental deposits are non-refundable unless DGS Luxx Enterprise LLC cancels the booking.
• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service or rental pickup time.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may result in full or partial forfeiture of the deposit.
• DGS Luxx Enterprise LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, equipment availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• DGS Luxx Enterprise LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
• Our total liability for any claim related to a specific service shall not exceed the total amount paid for that service.
• The customer assumes all inherent risks associated with construction, excavation, and heavy equipment operation on their property.

• The customer is solely responsible for identifying and marking all underground utilities, irrigation lines, and structures before any excavation work begins.
• DGS Luxx Enterprise LLC is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, pipes, cables, or structures.
• Texas law requires calling 811 (Texas Dig Safe / Texas 811) before any excavation. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure this call has been made prior to service.

All content on dgsluxx.com, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the exclusive property of DGS Luxx Enterprise LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from DGS Luxx Enterprise LLC.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
