Rental Agreement Terms

• This Rental Agreement governs all equipment rentals from DGS Luxx Enterprise LLC.
• By booking any equipment, you agree to all terms stated in this Agreement.
• This Agreement becomes binding upon confirmation of booking and payment of the required deposit.

• Customer must be 18 years of age or older.
• A valid Texas Driver's License is required for all equipment rentals.
• Valid vehicle insurance is required and must be presented at time of booking.
• The towing vehicle must be in good working condition and capable of safely towing the rented equipment.
• A minimum deposit of $150 is required to confirm any rental booking.

• Each day the equipment is in the customer's possession counts as a full rental day, including weekends and holidays.
• Available rental periods: Hourly, 8 Hours, 24 Hours, Weekly, and Monthly.
• Equipment must be returned by the agreed return date and time.
• Late returns will be charged at the daily rate for each additional day the equipment is held beyond the agreed return time.

Current rental rates for available equipment:

• Attachments are available for additional fees — confirmed at time of booking.
• A deposit of $150 minimum is required and will be applied toward the rental total.
• Deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.

• Customer must inspect the equipment before accepting the rental and report any pre-existing damage to DGS Luxx Enterprise LLC at that time.
• Customer is responsible for all damage occurring during the rental period, including damage caused by improper use or negligence.
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Cleaning fees may apply if equipment is returned excessively dirty.
• Customer is responsible for refueling the equipment before return.
• No unauthorized modifications or repairs to the equipment are permitted.

• Customer assumes full financial responsibility for any damage, theft, or loss of the rented equipment during the rental period.
• Damage costs will be assessed and charged to the payment method on file.
• DGS Luxx Enterprise LLC is not liable for injuries, property damage, or third-party claims arising from improper use of rented equipment.
• Customer must follow all safety guidelines provided by DGS Luxx Enterprise LLC at the time of rental.

• Customer is solely responsible for the safe transport of all rented equipment to and from the job site.
• A proper towing vehicle, hitch, and safety chains are required for transport. Customer must comply with all applicable Texas transportation laws.
• DGS Luxx Enterprise LLC is not responsible for any accidents, damages, or injuries that occur during transport of rented equipment.

• Cancellations made 24 or more hours before the scheduled pickup: full deposit refund issued.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup: deposit is forfeited.
• No refunds will be issued for early returns unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by DGS Luxx Enterprise LLC.
• DGS Luxx Enterprise LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rentals due to equipment availability or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full deposit refund will be issued.

• Equipment may not be subleased, loaned, or transferred to any third party.
• Equipment may not be used for any illegal activities.
• Equipment may not be taken outside of the agreed service area without prior written permission from DGS Luxx Enterprise LLC.

This Rental Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
